Just how much do carbon footprint does each everyday action create? The NO IMPACT Experiment lets us gauge just how significant each choice is.

To address a culture which generates enormous carbon emissions and the adverse environmental impact of consumerism, the  No IMPACT Experiment in DLSU from March 24-30 at DLSU.

The NO IMPACT Experiment, first kicked-off by Asian Development Bank (ADB) in the Philippines, is a week-long challenge with different and small environmental challenges per day that help participants understand and track the major impact of small everyday actions that actually harm the environment, if done without so much as a second thought.

The registration for this challenge is open to all the stakeholders in the University, including faculty, staff, parents and alumni. Registration will be until March 23.

The challenge begins after registration, March 24-30, and the evaluation of the challenge and the participation will be done through self-documentation and self-reflection, such as pre and post-experiment surveys and reflections broadcasted through social media.

The Bienvenido N. Santos Creative Writing Center (BNSCWC) and the Campus Sustainability Office (CSO), in partner with the Vice Chancellor for Research and Innovation (VCRI), are responsible for organizing and implementing the program in DLSU, program which was modeled after ADB.
