After two rounds, the DLSU Green Paddlers remain undefeated with a record of 14-0. With this win-loss card, they now directly advance to the finals on Thursday. Ever since their flawless performance in the first round, the Green Paddlers kept their foot on the gas pedal to come out with another flawless performance in the second round. The boys in green-and-white practically breezed through their opponents during both occasions where they faced each other. It seemed like the week-long break had no effect on their performance in Day Two of the second round, considering the outcome of the matches then. Interestingly, throughout the round games, the most number of games they dropped during each encounter was only one. This was brought about by the stellar performances of the usual standouts of the Green Paddlers, who dominated most of their games. With momentum clearly on their side, they hope to enter the finals and claim the title once again just like how they did last year.

After their great performance in the first round, the Lady Paddlers began to struggle in the second round losing half of their games to the likes of FEU, UST, and the defending champs, UP. In spite of this, they were able to procure big wins over Ateneo, NU, and Adamson, where they won in 3-4 games. The break in between the first and second day of the second round proved to have been a factor for them as they lost against UST and failed to take back a win from UP. In spite of this, they showed true heart and passion against these two teams as they only lost by one point on both occasions. Eventually, they were able to bounce back with a win against Adamson to end the second round. With their current record of 8-4, they enter the semifinals as the third seed.
