College is a turning point for everyone. It’s that time when you’re too old to be young, but too young to be old—a place of confusion, milestones, and decisions.

Inspired by the moments that make up this memorable time in life, 19 students from the AB Multimedia Arts program of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde recount their experiences through Prologue: A Multimedia Graduate Show, on December 2 to 3 at Black Market Manila, Don Chino Roces Ave., Makati City.

Gennina Balana, Sheena Bañares, Nicole Bonsol, Jan Vincent Chug, Cheri De Los Reyes, James Deocariza, Martin Diegor, Kevin Garcia, Melissa Gatchalian, Tyron Lucido, Tin Manuel, Dempson Mayuga, Mike Ngking, Bien Operaña, Ysabelle Prats, Michael Soriano, Al Chris Varquez, Janeil Vino, and Carlo Yu will present multimedia artworks and installations to inspire those who are still running for that deadline, those who have capped their college years, and those who find nostalgia in their alma mater.

The exhibit aims to poke fun at concepts that reference collegiate life, including experiences in cramming, friendships, and nightmare professors, and also to shed light on the realities of post-graduation scares such as job-hunting, quarter-life crisis, and going after your true ambitions.

Check them out on Facebook (www.facebook.com/prologue.exhibit) and follow them on Twitter (www.twitter.com/PrologueExhibit)

The Philippine Red Cross will also be present at Prologue to accept relief goods and monetary donations for the survivors of Typhoon Yolanda. A part of the profit from the sale of artworks in this exhibit will also go to the relief efforts of the Philippine Red Cross.
