On its 36th year of excellence, the Business Management Society (BMS), one of the top professional student organizations in De La Salle University-Manila, presents RECODE: Reshaping Leadership through Technology.
Revolving around the sub-themes of Reinvent with Others, Reinvent with Passion, and Reinvent for Tomorrow, RECODE aims to inspire and kindle future business leaders with the lessons and principles obtained into the new millennium. The event shall gear towards the holistic development of leaders in the online platform.
The event features a one-day convention and a culminating action-oriented workshop which seeks to educate participants on how to integrate technology into business. The convention, which will be held on February 4, 2022, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM will focus on imparting insights for the development of leaders in the online platform. RECODE features notable speakers from the fields of technology and business.
On the other hand, the workshop, which will be held on February 5, 2022, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, aims to teach participants on how to create their own program in response to real-world situations with a focus on the integration of automated systems in the workplace. This will allow the participants to hone their leadership and critical thinking skills by encouraging them to come up with innovative ideas that would create positive change as business leaders.
