As part of University Vision-Mission Week 2026, De La Salle University’s annual music festival, Animusika 2026, returns to unite the Lasallian community through an evening of music, celebration, and shared purpose under this year’s theme, ADHIKA.

Derived from the Filipino word adhika, meaning a deep aspiration or pursuit rooted in intention, ADHIKA embodies a zeal for service—a passionate commitment to uplifting others through meaningful action. It represents a spirit that does not remain passive but chooses to move, respond, and serve with urgency and compassion. Much like gemstones refined under pressure, this zeal for service is strengthened through challenges, inspiring individuals to go beyond their comfort zones and extend help even when it requires sacrifice.
Recognized as the biggest and most anticipated annual music festival and culminating event of the University Vision-Mission Week (UVMW), Animusika 2026 will bring together students, faculty, staff, alumni, and members of the wider Lasallian community for a night of music and solidarity. Set to take place on June 26, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Corazon Aquino Democratic Space, the event promises an unforgettable lineup of performances that celebrate both artistry and the Lasallian spirit of service.
Students who wish to attend are encouraged to register for the concert on Thursday at 9:00 PM, as only the first 1,000 students on a first-come, first-served basis will be eligible to receive event wristbands. Gates will open at 2:00 PM on June 26 for the event’s open house.
The University Vision-Mission Week team invites all Lasallians to take part in this celebration of music, community, and service. As the culminating event of UVMW 2026, Animusika: ADHIKA aims to inspire attendees to pursue their aspirations with intention and embody a zeal for service that extends beyond the university and into the wider world.
