This July, the Business Management Society invites its members to embark on a journey of growth, resilience, and connection through BMS Week: Sunbound—a celebration where challenges inspire growth, friendships build community, and shared experiences illuminate the path forward
The Business Management Society (BMS) proudly celebrates its 40th founding year with BMS Week: Sunbound, a member appreciation week. Happening from July 13 to 22, 2026, the celebration features a lineup of activities that embody the spirit of renewal, resilience, and forward momentum inspired by the rising sun. More than a series of events, Sunbound reflects the organization’s commitment to shaping leaders while strengthening the bonds that unite its members.
Island Rush: The Tropic Circuit
July 13–15, 2026 | 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Yuchengco Hall Lobby
The celebration begins with Island Rush, a three-day booth event designed to bring members together through tropical-themed games, creative challenges, networking activities, and interactive experiences. Participants will receive a Tropic Circuit Passto track their progress as they complete activity stations in any order, with every completed challenge bringing them one step closer to exciting prizes and access to the Souvenir Cove. Members can also explore sponsor booths, participate in engaging activities, and receive exclusive freebies and giveaways.
Tidal Trials: Hunt for the Crown
July 18, 2026 | 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM

The excitement continues with Tidal Trials, an immersive team challenge inspired by an escape room experience and the legend of the Crown of Sunbound. Participants, grouped into teams of four to eight, take on the role of chosen navigators tasked with recovering the Crown’s scattered fragments before the rising tides consume the island. Guided by a Tide Map and Tidal Tracker, participants will navigate interconnected challenge stations inspired by BMS’s home courses, collecting Crown Fragments and clues that must be pieced together in the final mission.
Golden Hour: Unlocking Your Brightest Self
July 22, 2026 | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

The celebration culminates with Golden Hour, a seminar centered on empowerment, resilience, and leadership. Inspired by the warm glow of the golden hour, the event encourages members to reflect on their journeys and recognize how challenges can become growth opportunities. The seminar ends with an awarding ceremony that celebrates perseverance, renewed confidence, and clarity that help each participant step into their own “golden hour.”
Just as every sunrise signals the promise of a new day, BMS Week: Sunbound marks both a celebration of the Business Management Society’s 40-year legacy and the beginning of its next chapter. Through meaningful experiences that foster connection, leadership, and resilience, the celebration reminds every member that, together, they can continue to rise and shape a brighter future for the BMS community.
