Philip Ella Juico is the former dean of the De La Salle University Graduate School of Business, and the current chairman of the Philippine Super Liga, the country's semi-pro women's volleyball league. He has served as an educator at various presitigious universities, including The Asian Institue of Management. He has also served under different positions in various companies and organizations, including as chairman of the Philippine Sports Commission, and as chairman of the Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation.

He graduated from De La Salle University and holds a Masters of Business Management at The Asian Institute of Management.
