The SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION (SEC) has approved the registration of the DLSU-PUSO FOUNDATION, INC. last October13, 2014 under its REGISTRATION CERTIFICATION No. 2014 19894.
The DLSU-PUSO FOUNDATION, INC. was organized to help the DLSU-PUSO in its scholarship program.
The Induction of Officers and Charter Members was held last November 6, 2014 at the Roof Deck of Henry Sy Sr. Hall with DLSU Board of Trustee Chairman Jose T. Pardo as Inducting Officer.
Br. Dennis Magabanua FSC , in his capacity as DLSU OIC President is the ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees chaired by incumbent DLSU-PUSO President JOY S. FAJARDO.
ILUMINADO B. MONTEMAYOR, the immediate past President of the DLSU-PUSO is the Charter President of the DLSU-PUSO FOUNDATION, INC. The other Trustees of the DLSU-PUSO FOUNDATION, INC. are: PINKY R.
