As one of the top business schools in the country, De La Salle University prides itself in honing the skills of its students in the business field. In line with the university’s goal is this year’s Lasallian Innovators for Transformation (LIFT) 2021. The event will be launched through the LIFT Kick-off on August 7, 2021 followed by a case presentation workshop on August 21, 2021 and the final round on August 28, 2021, 1:00PM-4:30PM.
The LIFT Kick-off is a webinar about the consulting industry, along with tips on being effective with analyzing cases from professionals from A-List, the competition’s case provider, and SGV. The Case Presentation Workshop will improve the participants’ presentation skills which will be helpful not just in case competitions, but in academic reporting as well.
Lasallian Innovators for Transformation 2021 provides the students with an internal case competition that allows them to be up-to-date about the current business problems. The exposure of students to case competitions brings a huge impact on the skills of the students since there is a need to practically apply all the skills learned in school in order to gain a background on how the business world really works.
Held by Archers Consulting Group, one of the first student-led consulting groups in the Philippines and De La Salle University’s premier student consulting organization, it creates learning opportunities for aspiring student consultants that will enable them to fulfill the responsibilities of a Lasallian business leader.
