One Kind Philippines (OKPH) is the pioneer youth organization catered towards advocating for kindness across all sectors in the nation and the world. The organization is proud to announce the launch of OKPH’s recruitment campaign for 2022. The organization is looking for advocacy-driven youth leaders with the passion and heart to serve and to be a part of our journey towards creating a network of youth leaders and empowering the youth; actualizing advocacies with kindness at the forefront of everything they do.
Being on the path towards promoting a progressive community through kindness, empathy, and gratitude, the overarching goal of this recruitment is to launch a network of youth leaders that mobilize their own communities while integrating their passion for service, and kindness in every step of the way.
“OKPH is a hub for empowerment, both inward and outward organizational progress. We champion development to communities, as well as personal flourishing” said Ian Lagac, founder of One Kind Philippines.
Lagac stated that the network, safety in the community, and the organization’s support in the individual advocacy plans of each member is just the beginning of the endless opportunities and avenues for growth in store for the new kindness leader recruits.
The organization currently has 28 officers residing in the Philippines, the United States of America, Australia and Canada. The organization aims to complete the missions identified by the Philippine Delegates from the Kindness Leaders Conference and Workshop of manifesting kindness, and promoting values of empathy and gratitude amongst Filipino and international youth leaders.
