The Society of Young Engineers Towards Achieving Excellence (SYNTAX), is the student organization affiliated with the Associate Dean’s Office of the Gokongwei College of Engineering at De La Salle University – Manila. Our organization is dedicated to fostering holistic development and educational excellence among our college’s constituents through various programs and activities.
We are excited to share details about our upcoming event, “AGSIKAP”. This day-long activity serves as an opportunity for engineering students at any stage of their education to enhance their problem-solving abilities, nurturing their overall personal and intellectual growth. The event will comprise two parts of the competition, Tumabasan and Awanggan. The first one being an elimination type to determine the Top 15 participants to compete against each other in groups of 5. Topics included in this portion are Laboratory Concepts, Differential Calculus, Integral Calculus, Engineering Physics, Engineering Chemistry, and Statistics and Probability for Engineering.

After 2 years, AGISKAP: TAGISAN NG TALINO is back!!! SYNTAX is inviting you to to show the Philippines your skills and knowledge this Nov 18, 2023, to be held in De La Salle University Manila open to all engineering students from Batanes to Tawi-Tawi. Meet students from all walks of life, from different parts of our country. Hone your skills, show your skills, and interact with our community in “AGSIKAP”. Build connections, meet new friends, and win amazing prizes.
