Every leader’s journey begins with a story. This is the driving force behind Premier Summit 2025: Sinag ng Hiraya, the annual flagship event of the Industrial Management Engineering Society (IMES), which is dedicated to guiding Industrial Engineering students as they venture through their own paths and leadership journeys. With that being said, the event will commence on November 8, 2025 (Saturday) from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, at the Fajardo-Rosario Gonzales Auditorium, 18th Floor, Br. Andrew Gonzales Hall, De La Salle University.
For this iteration of Premier Summit, this year’s theme centers on “Visionary Leadership,” wherein Sinag ng Hiraya represents the art of imagining the future, shaping dreams into direction, and turning intention into action. This invites every participant to become the storyteller of their life with the ability to see possibilities before they take place and create paths that lead to new horizons.
Joining us are two distinguished speakers: Mr. Jesus Joey T. Marcelo and Ms. Cheryl Patricia Uy. Mr. Marcelo’s talk, “The Power of a Personal Vision,” will explore how leaders ground themselves in self-awareness, understanding what drives them, what they value, and the purpose that guides their actions. This is followed by Ms. Uy’s “Seeing Beyond the Present,” which discusses the transition from student leadership to the professional landscape.
