The DLSU Society of Proactive Role Models Inspiring Total Development (SPRINT) proudly presents its yearly flagship event, EmpowHER 2026. This March, EmpowHER returns as a month-long celebration dedicated to advocating women’s empowerment by highlighting the strengths, achievements, and contributions of women in the technology industry. With this year’s theme, “Her Future Reinvented,” the event aims to inspire students to reimagine possibilities, challenge existing barriers, and shape a future where women continue to thrive and lead in tech.
EmpowHER 2026 will feature two main events designed to inspire, recognize, and empower women within the College of Computer Studies (CCS) community.
Beyond the Cover

Beyond the Cover is the opening event of EmpowHER 2026. Through a panel discussion with women from tech-related fields, the event aims to highlight real-world experiences of working in environments that are often male-dominated. It aims to create a welcoming space for every woman dreaming to enter the technological industry.
Beyond providing inspiration, this event also seeks to serve as an avenue for aspiring women leaders and professionals to gain deeper insights into the industry and learn how to navigate and thrive in this challenging yet rewarding field.

Culminight
Culminight serves as the culminating event of EmpowHER 2026. This special event is dedicated to recognizing outstanding female students in the DLSU CCS community who excel in academics, extracurricular involvement, and meaningful contributions that positively impact the community.
Prior to the event, students will have the opportunity to nominate female CCS students they believe embody excellence in these areas. Nominees and selected awardees will be recognized during the ceremony as we celebrate their achievements and inspire others to continue making a difference.

to show their appreciation for women this Women’s Month.
ExHERpts
ExHERpts is a message board located in the Gokongwei Lobby where students are invited to write short messages on sticky notes for the special women in their lives and post them on the board.
