The Intellectual Property Advocates, along with the De La Salle Intellectual Property Office, will be holding a week-long fiesta-inspired celebration for the first time on March 16-20, 2026, at the De La Salle University-Manila Campus. The theme for this year’s first IP Week is Health and Wellness, which is reflected in the booths and activities throughout the week.
IP Week 2026: IP-iesta is a week-long celebration dedicated to promoting awareness, appreciation, and engagement with Intellectual Property (IP) through interactive, educational, and community-driven activities. Designed as a festival of ideas, IP Week brings together students, industry partners, government agencies, and innovators, transforming the DLSU Manila campus into a vibrant hub of learning, creativity, and collaboration.
This event is open to all DLSU-Manila students, professors, and staff to join. The IPA has also invited booths to promote local products with free tasting and interactive games! Listed below are the events to watch out for:
March 16 (Monday) – Opening Ceremonies, 9:00 AM, Yuchengco Lobby
• Opening Program and Ribbon Cutting
• Sweet Start: Taho for the Lasallian Community
March 17 (Tuesday) – Ampitheater (near Yuchengco grounds)
• Zumba (11:30 AM)
• Open Mic Karaoke (2:15 PM) (everyone is welcome to join and sing-along with us!)
March 18 (Wednesday)
• IPA Open House (10:00 AM) (there will be Pancit served here!) – Yuchengco Grounds
• Seminar on IP and Health and Wellness (2:00 PM) – Br. Andrew Gonzales Building (Room 1505)
March 19 (Thursday) – Ampitheater (near Yuchengco grounds)
• Laro ng Lahi (9:30 AM)
March 20 (Friday) – Closing Event, 1:00 PM, Ampitheater (near Yuchengco grounds)

• Sweet Ending: Sorbetes for the Community

Everyone is free and encouraged to join all activities for IP Week! This is not only an amazing opportunity to network with the Lasallian community and learn more about intellectual property, but also to relax and have fun!
The DIPO will also be holding a DITECH event from March 23-24, which will be kick-started by the DASH 2026 Fun Run on March 22, Sunday, at the DLSU Laguna Campus.
